about
Once, Laura asked why I hadn't written a song for her. I said I had. I played her this song. She didn't think it was too romantic. I explained that living with another person is hard, but worth it. I think she got it. Figured it best to release this song now while we live our most sedentary lives ever.
lyrics
Glow, in the dark. That way I can see you, hold, this mutant way of life. Keep hiding behind closed doors.
You hide, in between the lines, there's no way I can read you. The fear more difficult to hide, keep falling over old moves.
We'll try, this sedentary life, and hope that death don't come soon. The fear more difficult to hide. I hope that I don't lose you.
